Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen strawberries (I recommend fresh)
- 1 cup pitted fresh dates (or soaked dried dates)
- ¼ cup raw carob powder (or raw cacao bits)
- ¼ hemp protein
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
- ½ cup sprouted buckwheat (or cooked)
- ¼ cup goji berries
- 1 tbsp yerba mate
- Agave to taste (it makes it very sweet)
- Process everything except buckwheat in the food processor. (Recommended to start with the strawberries, especially if they are frozen, then dates, then everything else.
- After processing work in buckwheat with your hands.
- Shape and cut to the desired size.
- (You can store in little tinfoil bite size pouches)
